No. While our Pro network is integrated with the Foresight maintenance software, it is not required to use our Pros. In fact, you can set up your account to only use your in-house maintenance team, mixed with your already vetted Pros.

There is a 400-door minimum. If you have less than 400 doors, but you employ a maintenance team that you want to manage with Foresight, schedule a demo! We may have a solution for you.

Foresight work order management software currently integrates with AppFolio, Rent Manager, and Rentvine. However, we can do custom integrations for the software you already use. Just let us know!
