Can I accept cash or check from a tenant?

No, you will not accept any form of payment from the tenant or any Lula customer. Pros are paid by Lula since Lula is your customer. A Pro will never accept payment on Lula’s behalf. A Pro accepting payments from anyone other than Lula is in violation of Lula’s policy.
