Lula’s Flat Rate Program is designed to create **simple, predictable repairs** for common service scenarios. Instead of quoting every job individually, certain repair types are offered at a **pre-established flat price**.

These prices are built using **real job data across Lula markets**, combined with partnerships with **manufacturers and material suppliers**, allowing us to standardize both **labor expectations and material costs**.

The goal is to remove uncertainty—for customers _and_ Pros—while keeping jobs moving quickly.

## Materials & Procurement (When Applicable)

For certain flat rate repairs, Lula will **handle material procurement** on your behalf.

When this applies:

- Pickup locations and details will be clearly provided in the work order  
- Supplier locations are selected to be **close to the property whenever possible**  
- Locations are chosen for **ease of access and reliability**

Your role is simply to pick up the materials as instructed and complete the repair according to scope.

**Note:** Not all flat rate jobs include materials provided by Lula. The work order will always clearly indicate when procurement is handled for you.
