Maximize your earnings on Flat Rate Catalog Jobs: everything you need to know to claim, work, and close jobs.

Claiming and Scheduling Jobs
Schedule jobs strategically
Claim jobs with similar arrival windows, in the same area. Lula receives the Resident's availability and provides you with the City, State, and Zip Code location of each job. Claim jobs in areas you'll already be working to make the most of your day. If you do not see timeframes that work for you, but are interested in the job, you can use the "Request Additional Availability" feature. See more info here: How do I claim a job?
Read the description and gather pricing information
You can view all pricing for the Flat Rate Catalog on your Pro Dashboard here: https://provider.lula.io/service-pricing
Starting the Job
When you arrive on site, diagnose the issue, then select your repairs out of the Flat Rate Catalog. All prices listed in the Catalog include your $50 Service Fee + Parts and Labor for the repair. If you cannot find the repair you need, you can use a "Custom Service" - Read more about custom services here
Pricing determined in the catalog is based on "Builder Grade" or "Base Model" parts.
🤩 Bonus Tip: Source the materials for the job AFTER selecting the catalog price. This way, you can manage the budget and maximize your earnings!
Use Add-ons: Add-ons can be used if the Flat Rate Catalog price does not fit within the pricing needed for materials. - Read more about add-ons here
If a standard job does not fit within the catalog, or a quote is needed:
Submit a quote for larger repairs/projects. You will be paid the Service Fee for your quote. This fee is NOT deducted from your payment if your quote is approved!
Closing the Job
- Review the final job details and notes before hitting "Process Payment" - Ensure you have plenty of clear, quality before/after photos, and detailed service notes. You can still "Add a quote" to any completed job after closing out for payment!
