What pictures do I need to upload? | Lula

Uploading pictures to a job

When closing out a job for payment, it is crucial to upload pictures for the following reasons:

• Before and After Documentation: The app provides a section for uploading before and after photos to clearly show the state of the issue before work began and how it looks after completion. These images provide visual evidence of the repairs or services performed, making it easier to evaluate the job.
• Variety of Job-Specific Pictures: The required pictures vary depending on the type of job. For example, plumbing repairs may need clear photos of leaks or damaged parts, while electrical work might require images of wiring or installed fixtures. Always capture the most relevant areas of the project to highlight the full scope of the work done.
• Faster Payment Processing: Payments cannot be processed until we receive several clear before and after photos that showcase what was done at the site. Providing these photos helps speed up the review process, ensuring faster payment.
• Minimizing Confusion: Uploading detailed and accurate images helps eliminate any ambiguity or confusion about the repair work. By showing what was repaired or replaced, Lula can confidently assess the job’s completion, reducing the need for follow-ups or clarifications.
• Best Practice for Full Understanding: It’s always recommended to upload all relevant pictures that will help Lula and property managers fully understand the work completed. The more detailed the images are, the easier it is to verify that everything was done correctly, leading to smoother approvals and payments.
