Lula's Take

For every completed job, a 12% Lula fee is deducted from the total amount paid to you. This deduction happens automatically when we issue your payout.

No-Show/Same-Day Cancellation

Effective January 2026: $50 No-Show Fee

• This fee is automatically charged if the app is not updated within your initial 4-hour arrival window, or if the job is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Do Not cancel a job if the tenant no-shows a job. 👉 Learn how to re-schedule a job.

Background Check Fee

A background check costs $45 per person. This is a one-time fee and will be deducted from your next payout.
