How Does Lula Work for Pros?
Lula partners with property managers and investors to provide maintenance services for their occupied and vacant rental properties. When residents submit work orders, Lula automatically dispatches jobs to our network of Pros.
When you join the Lula Pro Network, you can begin receiving these jobs—no lead costs or bidding involved.
Requirements.
General Liability Insurance
Lula requires a general liability policy with at least $1 million in coverage.
Licensed (When Applicable)
You should be able to provide evidence of licensure for work that requires it.
Background Checks
Every Pro in the Lula Network is required to go through a simple criminal background check.
Quality Work
Pros should provide evidence of exceptional work through online reviews or referrals.
